Our president and owner, James Ward, has been in the vending equipment business since 1994. Our lead technician, Ryan Boudreaux, has been working in all aspects of vending since 1996. Our delivery manager, Cort Boltman, has been involved with the transportation and installation of vending machines since 1995. All combined, that is over 75 years of experience at your disposal.
A Brick and Mortar Business
New Orleans Vending, Inc. is not an internet-based company. We are a company that has a building full of inventory that has been in the same location for over two decades. Every used machine that we sell will be refurbished by our employees in our warehouse. Every new machine we sell will be thoroughly prepped and tested by our employees in our warehouse. We welcome all potential customers to pay us a visit. We offer free in-house training on your vending machine purchase at our warehouse. We will also give you a complete training on any purchase at your location when the machine is delivered for you.
Knowledgeable
You will notice that all of our employees are knowledgeable on all of the features of every piece of vending equipment that we sell. You will also find them fully knowledgeable on all other aspects of your vending machine purchase. This includes warranties, payment types, shipping, tax, and the after-sale support system.
Lifetime Tech Support
Every new and used vending machine we sell includes FREE LIFE TIME TECHNICAL SUPPORT. If you ever have any problems with your machine, please call us and let us assist you in fixing the problem. We suggest that you leave one of our business cards in your machine with information regarding your machine on the back. This will allow us to more easily identify the type of machine you have to make trouble shooting much easier. If you can call us from the machine itself, we should be able to identify your problem within minutes. We fully understand the importance of getting your vending machines back in operating order as quickly as possible.
